
HOW IT WORKS...
Valkyrie Race is made up of 2 divisions, Valour and Storm.
Valour (Singles & Doubles): 6 Runs & 5 Zones
Valour (Relay): 5 Runs & 4 Zones
Storm (Singles & Doubles): 5 Zones (No Running)
The Course: Valour (Singles & Doubles)
The course consist of 6 runs and 5 zones. Racers must complete an 800m run before starting each zone. Within each zone, there will be one endurance station and one strength station, both of which must be completed in sequence. Racers can choose the order in which they complete the zones. After completing all 5 zones, racers need to finish with an 800m run.
The Course: Valour (Relay)
The course consist of 5 runs and 4 zones. Each racer must complete an 800m run before starting the zone of their choice. Within each zone, there will be one endurance station and one strength station, both of which must be completed in sequence. The team can choose the order in which they complete the zones as long as all 4 zones are completed. Each racer will have to complete at least one zone. Once all 4 zones are completed, the team has to run the final 800m together.)
The Course: Storm
The course consist of 5 zones. Within each zone, there will be one endurance station and one strength station, both of which must be completed in sequence. Racers can choose the order in which they complete the zones.

Zone 1: Air Bike & Balancing Beam
Zone 2: Row & Ball Toss
Zone 3: Stationary Bike & DB Lunges
Zone 4: Ski & Deadball Carry
Zone 5: Lateral Burpees & Torque Tank Push
*Zone 1 will be omitted for the relay.
